BPD Investigate Fatal Parking Lot Shooting

Buffalo Police Homicide Detectives continue to investigate the city's 6th homicide of 2010.

Police were called to the 700 block of Military Road at around 3am Sunday morning, February 7th.

Detectives believe the 26 year old victim, William Humphrey of Buffalo, was shot in a parkling lot on Military Road near Hinman Avenue.

Humphrey was rushed to ECMC where he later succumbed to his injuries.
