BPD Recover Vehicle in West Side Homicide



Buffalo Police have recovered a vehicle they believe was used in a homicide earlier this week. Police recovered the 1991 blue Honda Accord Wednesday afternoon at about 3pm on East Street. Police believe the vehicle may've been used by the suspect or suspects in connection with Monday afternoon's fatal shooting in the 300 block of Busti Avenue. The vehicle has a New York State license plate number of: DVX 4389.

This vehicle was reported stolen by the owner. The double shooting occurred just after 4pm Monday afternoon. 19 year old Omar Fraticelli-Lugo was fatally struck in the chest and 16 year old Louis Medina was struck in the arm during the apparent drive-by shooting.
