Mayor Brown Announces City of Buffalo 2010 Bulk Trash Pickup Schedule
BUFFALO – The City of Buffalo’s 2010 bulk trash pickup service will begin on April 11th. The listing below indicates the spring bulk trash collections in the city’s nine Council districts. “Keeping our streets clean is an important part of establishing pride in the city’s neighborhoods,” said Mayor Byron W. Brown. “Our crews will continue doing their best, and we appreciate all of the residents who do their part by following the trash collection guidelines.” Trash must be put out on Sunday of each bulk trash week. Each property is limited to putting out trash that is 12 feet long, 3 feet high and 3 feet wide. Any trash that exceeds these specifications is subject to a fine. Annually, residents are allowed to dump one ton of trash at the East Side Transfer. Solvents, paint and tires will not be accepted. If you do not know which Council district you live in, or if you have any questions regarding your trash, please call the Mayor’s 311Call and Resolution Center. 2010 Bulk Trash Schedule| Council District | Spring Collection |
