Justic Assistance Grant (JAG) Public Notice - Fiscal Year 2014

Notice is hereby given that the City of Buffalo, in partnership with the County of Erie, is participating in a grant sponsored by the US Department of Justice under the Bureau of Justice Assistance, entitled Edward Byrne Memorial 2014 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG).  This formula-grant award will be utilized to continue supporting various components within the criminal justice system such as local crime prevention, enhanced public safety through targeted and directed patrols, juvenile intervention/prevention programs, equipment and technology upgrades, and prosecutorial enhancement.
