BPD Make Second Arrest in Homicide of 96 year old Man

Buffalo police homicide detectives have announced a second arrest in the death of 96 year old Levi Clayton.

Detectives have arrested 19 year old Jordan McKinnon of Buffalo and charged him with burglary and robbery in the 1st degree.

The home invasion incident occurred November 24, 2012 at the victim's residence on Longview Avenue.

Erie County Medical Examiners have ruled the death as a homicide concluding that the victim died from complications due to blunt force trauma.

Buffalo police arrested 18 year old Justice Feggans of Buffalo in early January in connection with the incident.

Police say the investigation continues.
