Buffalo police have arrested the final two suspects in connection with the mid-May assault of a 66 year old male that occurred at Shoshone Park.

Arrested Thursday morning are 18 year old Edward Magby and 17 year old Damari Phillips, both of Buffalo.

The 5 other adults arrested are: 18 year old Jaquan Woodard of Buffalo, 16 year old Quashaun Moore of Buffalo, 16 year old Homer Barney, Jr. of Buffalo, 17 year old Darvin Whitely, Jr. of Buffalo and 17 year old Rashawn Rivera of Buffalo.

Three juveniles were also arrested and will be charged as adults.

All 10 defendants face charges of robbery in the 2nd degree.

Northwest District Detective Carl Lundin led the investigation.

The incident occurred on May 16th at approximately 3:30pm when the victim attempted to break up a fight involving students. At some point the defendants assaulted and robbed the victim. Police say cell phone video of the incident helped them in the arrest of the 10 individuals.
