BPD Arrest Downtown Graffiti Suspect
Buffalo police have arrested an individual in connection with a series of graffiti incidents on Allen Street, Elmwood Avenue and Main Street. Late Monday night, February 1st, "B" District police arrested 23 year old Jacob Wiles of Buffalo and charged him with: Making Graffiti, Criminal Mischief and Possession of Graffiti Instruments. Police believe that Wiles is responsible for spray painting buildings in the 100 block of Allen St and the 100 block of Elmwood Avenue. Police also believe that Wiles spay painted a city-owned control box in the 900 block of Main Street. The arresting officers were Frank Dixon and David Rodriguez.
