The four are all charged with attempted murder in the first degree and other charges. Buffalo Police have recovered a weapon and narcotics. Police also recovered the gold Chevrolet Equinox from which the shots were fired. Arrested were: 20 year old Demetrius McGee of Buffalo, 21 year old Jaymes Mayes of Buffalo, 20 year old Mychal Carr of Buffalo and 19 year old Andre Goldsmith. All four were charged with attempted murder on an Officer and other charges.
