Buffalo Police Net Four Arrests in West Side Raid
Buffalo Police Net Four Arrests in West Side Drug Raid The Buffalo Police Narcotics Unit along with the New York State Attorney Generals Organized Crime Task Force executed several search warrants this afternoon at 534 Plymouth Avenue. This was the culmination of a five month investigation into drug dealing on the westside of Buffalo. Arrested today were: Elliott Fuentes, DOB 6-7-73 of 534 Plymouth. Reinaldo Torres, DOB 10-17-54 of 534 Plymouth. Enrique Quiaras, DOB 1-2-84 of 534 Plymouth. Sandra Martinez, DOB, 3-6-52 of 534 Plymouth. The investigation showed that Fuentes and Torres were the main dealers with Fuentes known on the street as the “Godfather”. The raid netted 1 kilo of cocaine, 7 oz. of heroin, approx. $60,000 in cash, 2 handguns, 1 shotgun, and several vehicles.
